Run in combination with another player using an AP-MoP build, 100B+WW is far and away the most powerful. It exterminates entire mobs instantly.

Without that partner, it depends on the size of the mobs.
WE+Cyclone+WW is your best AoE. It also benefits tremendously from GDW.
WE+Scythe has very solid damage, but only AoE of 3. (Also, the build might not exist by the end of this week.)
Dragon Slash is probably the best single-target damage. It's also the best SY! spammer.

Earthshaker knocks things down better than anything else.

Those last two builds raise an important point: Warriors are about more than damage. You should also be providing mitigation through SY! and often disruption through KD as well. A warrior who does only damage is only marginally more useful than a warrior who thinks his only job is to stand around using defensive skills on himself.

You may want to read my thread here: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/p...t10434178.html - I'll argue these heroes are the best for a warrior.

Decent builds, but holy crap. OP, don't let this give you the idea that you need to tank n spank every mob in the game over 2 enemies in size. As long as you are running SY you should be able to get any decent H/H group through HM areas.

...Right. I only tank&spank when there are multiple monsters. Most of the time I just c+space and the only micro I do is to keep my H/H out of the danger-zone during pulls (and JI on myself). :>

On topic: It's hard to say what is the highest damage output, as it depends on what you are looking for. For instance if you want AOE, then consider bringing WWA+100b and slap MoP on a hero or two (or seven.. soon). Or as others have stated you can take WWA/TC/CA if you're into the axe spec. Earth Shaker/WWA/Crude Swing isn't THAT bad with the appropriate buffs if you insist on using Hammer. Plus the AE-KD is very useful in HM.
For single target DSlash is quite nice although I'm not a huge fan of the skill myself. Hammer has nice single target DPS too. You can spam Renewing Smash for funny numbers if you combine it with back breaker and FGJ (Dark Fury/Mark of Fury from a hero boosts both of these builds).

Aaand then there's Daggers/Scythe and whatever else but I won't go into details as I do not play either of these.
